Crate may process information you voluntarily provide, including searches, saved crates, music links, audio references and communications sent to support.

Microphone & Audio

Crate may request access to your microphone when you use music identification features. Microphone access is used only when required to perform the feature you activate.

Search & Music Data

Search terms, music metadata and other information may be processed to provide music discovery, identification and producer-focused features.

Third-Party Services

Crate may use third-party services for music discovery, audio identification, video, analytics, hosting or other app functionality. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Crate does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information associated with Crate. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Crate is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate authorization.

Your Choices

You may control microphone access and other app permissions through your device settings.
